1. Grab a clean bowl.
2. pour rice flour in the bowl.
3. Put a pot on high heat, add 3 cups of water, and let it boil.
4. When it’s boiling, lower the heat.

5. Pour the rice flour mix into the boiling water while stirring with a wooden spatula.
6. Keep stirring for 1-2 minutes, even if it looks done.
7. Slowly add the rest of the flour while stirring until it’s as thick as you like.
8. Add a bit more flour and stir for extra thickness..
9. Add about 1/4 cup of water.
