In celebration of Nigeria’s 63rd Independence anniversary, Hollandia, a leading dairy brand, orchestrated a captivating event under the banner of its “Stay Ahead with Dairy Power” initiative. This exclusive event unfolded at the esteemed Radisson BLU Hotel in Ikeja GRA on October 1st and 2nd, 2023, meticulously organized by Hollandia as part of its on-premise engagement strategy with consumers. The guest list boasted distinguished influencers, including the versatile media personality Nicole Chikwe, the skilled mixologist Kehinde Omosowoeni (Kenizmix), and the Instagram sensation and culinary expert Nelson Michael, widely known as Chef Cupid.

 

The dynamic duo of Chef Cupid and Kenizmix captivated the audience with their extraordinary dairy-infused cocktails and mocktails, crafting a spectrum of flavors and experiences. Beyond the gastronomic delights, the event served as a platform to underscore the health benefits associated with Hollandia products.

 

Chef Cupid expressed enthusiasm about the array of dairy products offered by Hollandia, inspiring countless new recipes. He encouraged people to explore and embrace these innovative recipes, signaling a departure from conventional culinary choices. “We are introducing new recipes because people are kind of bored with the old ones. If you noticed, we started a new series on Banana recipes with Hollandia, and people should watch out for more new recipes from Hollandia,” he announced.
