Omowunmi Ajiboye Dispels Romantic Rumors with MC Oluomo

Popular Yoruba actress, Omowunmi Ajiboye, has refuted claims of a romantic involvement with MC Oluomo amidst speculations surrounding her mother’s recent funeral. Netizens had criticized the actress for allegedly not showing proper respect to her estranged husband, Segun Ogungbe, during the funeral ceremony.

The rumors circulating suggested that MC Oluomo had financially supported Wunmi’s mother’s funeral. In response to the allegations, Ajiboye took to Instagram on Monday to set the record straight.

In her post, she denied any romantic relationship with MC Oluomo but acknowledged his financial support for the burial. Ajiboye emphasized her dedication as a virtuous and hardworking woman, asserting that she wouldn’t allow her integrity to be compromised.

“I need to clear the air. I am a virtuous and hardworking woman, and I wouldn’t allow my tenacity, name, and my truth to be robbed,” she stated. Ajiboye clarified that she had established a connection with the philanthropist independently years before her mother’s burial.

She went on to explain, “I can categorically say that I have never had a romantic relationship with him prior or during the party. The philanthropist gave me money to support in the presence of the committee a day to the party.”

The actress expressed her frustration with the tendency for her achievements to be attributed to others, asserting that she had been quiet for a long time. She boldly declared her independence, stating, “I am Omowunmi Ajiboye, I will never be bullied into silence. Let God judge me if I lie, but If this is really my truth, may God bless me more, amen.”

With this statement, Ajiboye aims to put an end to the swirling rumors and reassert her commitment to her values and hard work.
